Websites & WordPress
What does a “custom WordPress site” mean?
It means your site is built from the ground up: no templates, no drag-and-drop themes you’ve seen a hundred times before. We design your site specifically for your business, then build it as a custom WordPress theme. Same platform you know, but none of the starter-kit stuff.
Will I be able to edit my own site?
Yes. You’ll be able to update text, swap photos, and build new pages using custom blocks we create for you. You get control where it makes sense, not the kind where one wrong click breaks everything.
Is WordPress hard to use?
With stock themes? It certainly can be. With our custom setup? Not really. You’ll get page blocks that function like legos—we build the shape and color, then you snap them together however you like. These blocks are easy to edit, drag, duplicate, and customize without needing to “learn WordPress.” If you can fill out a form, you can edit your site.
Do you build e-commerce sites?
Yep. We set up online stores using Shopify or WooCommerce, depending on what you’re selling and how complex your checkout needs to be. We’ll help you choose the right platform during your discovery call.
Are all sites mobile-friendly?
Definitely. As a matter of fact, we design mobile first, because that’s where your customers are. Everything we build is responsive, fast, and readable on any screen size.

Do you write the copy for the site?
Yes. Our copywriter meets with you, learns your business goals, and writes your site’s content from scratch. So all copy is written by a real human who gets who you are and what you do, instead of a soulless robot.
What if I want deeper brand strategy?
We offer full Brand Strategy as an optional add-on, which is perfect if you need help defining voice, messaging, audience positioning, and what your business should sound like everywhere (not just on your website). Ask during your call and we’ll see if it’s a good fit.
Can you design my logo or visual brand?
Yes. We offer logo design and brand visuals when needed. If you already have a brand, great! We will work with it. If not, we can create a clean, professional foundation for your business so your site (and everything else) actually has something consistent to pull from.
What is UX/UI?
UX (User Experience) and UI (User Interface) are design terms that basically mean that your site should look good and it should work the way humans expect it to. In practice, that means your content is easy to read, your buttons make sense, and nobody has to search for fifteen minutes to find your phone number.
Do I need to provide fonts, colors, or brand guidelines?
Nope. If you already have them, that’s great! We’ll use them. If not, we’ll create a simple visual direction so your brand looks consistent and not like a mismatched garage sale of colors and fonts.
Support, Hosting & Ownership
Do you handle hosting?
Yep! We offer fully managed WordPress hosting on premium servers. You get daily backups, free SSL, rock-solid security, automatic updates, and great performance. You pay one bill through us, and we make sure the lights stay on.
Do I own my website?
Yes. You own your content, your design, your domain name, etc. We manage hosting to keep your site fast and secure, but the website itself is yours. If you ever need to move it, you are free to do so. We’ll miss you, but we won’t hold your site hostage.
What happens if my site breaks?
If something breaks because of a WordPress update or plugin conflict, we’ll fix it for free as part of your managed hosting plan. If you request new features, content changes, or design updates, those can be handled as needed or through a monthly retainer.
Will you train me how to use my site?
Yes. You’ll get a live training call or a customized video tutorial showing you how to update your content. You’ll also have a 30-day post launch window where you can ask questions over email for free. After that, support is available anytime through maintenance or on-demand updates.
Do you work with clients outside the United States?
We primarily work with U.S.-based businesses to keep communication, contracts, and compliance simple. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in working together, feel free to reach out, we’re happy to discuss your project on a case- basis.
Do you offer SEO?
We do SEO best practices, not full SEO campaigns. Your site will be properly structured for search engines, fast, mobile-friendly, tagged with clean metadata, and built with accessible content that humans and Google both understand. If you need an ongoing SEO campaign, we’ll point you to a specialist.
